Kevin M. Mendillo

Biography

Kevin was born and raised in Auburn, New York, and returned home to build a practice grounded in that same community. After beginning his career in general civil litigation, he spent more than a decade focused on civil rights and education law, representing families of children with disabilities in disputes against school districts.

Kevin has successfully litigated over 100 due process hearings on behalf of indigent families across New York and Ohio, and brings that same tenacity to his guardianship, estate planning, and criminal defense work — including a recent not-guilty verdict at jury trial.
